Our story
Most new homes are delayed in the gaps: between the agent and the surveyor, the designer and the council, the builder and the bank. We set up Hills & Harbour to close those gaps.
We work across the whole journey: finding and assessing land, subdividing it, managing approvals and coordinating the build of new homes. One team, one schedule, one set of numbers.
The name says where we work. The hills and the harbour frame Adelaide, and every project we take on sits somewhere between them.
The co-founders
No account managers in between. Call either of us directly.
Khush runs the project from the first brief to handover: schedule, budget, consultants and approvals. If you want to know where your project stands, he is the person to call.
Vivek runs the site. He coordinates trades and deliveries, walks the site every week and checks the work against the plans before each stage is signed off.

Site search, appraisal, zoning checks and the true cost to build.
Set-out, footings and the slab, inspected before framing starts.
Wall frames, floor and roof trusses, checked against the plans.
Services, insulation, plaster, cabinetry and finishes.
Cladding, roofing, windows, driveway, fencing and landscaping.
Defects fixed, certificates collected, keys handed over.
